too loose on my ear, falls off too much and too much background noise.

This item is one of our best selling headsets. We are sorry you are unhappy with it. Unfortunately, headsets are not returnable due to the personal nature of the product. This item comes with reversable ear hooks and is supposed to rest outside of your ear.

Like the look and feel of it.
Havent gotten a real chance to use the headset yet but Ive put it over my ear and it feels very comfortable. Since I have the BB 9100, I will be using the headset for long conversations. The handset fits into my hand perfectly. Mike
